The apartment is located on the territory of a beach club with a bar and a cafe. As well as beach umbrella and two sunbeds are included in the price if you rent our apartment during the period from May 1 to September 30! In the neighborhood, there are many restaurants and shops to enjoy your Italian vacation!
The main street of Viareggio is 10 meters away, you can walk by or rent a bike and easily reach all the most important places in the city. A bicycle path connects Viareggio on one side to Forte dei Marmi, on the other to Torre del Lago, the city of Maestro Giacomo Puccini, whose villa on Lake Massaciuccoli you can visit. There is a famous Pucciniano Theater. In summer, the ferry leaves from the port of Viareggio, 200 meters from the apartment, and you can visit the magical Cinque Terre.
